The Scope

Innovation Booster is a boutique consultancy specialized in helping Fortune 500 companies adopt a lean startup approach to launch new products and services within their corporate structure. We accelerate product and service development through innovation change management, rapid testing, and user data-driven insights.

Led cross-functional teams through iterative build and test sprints to validate product-market fit and refine Minimum Viable Product designs grounded in real customer and market needs.
